Wouldn’t it be easy to deal with people if they all thought alike, had the same motivations and viewed the organization the same way?
We could then design ONE retention plan, put it into place and life would be good! Instead, leaders are face with a wide diversity that requires them to learn what makes each of their people tick. Why? Because if you know what makes people tick, you will have the key to retaining them.
